About the clinic

Clinique de Carouge is an interdisciplinary health centre in Carouge, in the canton of Geneva, on the banks of the River Arve. It joined the Arsanté care network — which groups together around twenty healthcare establishments in the canton — on 1 June 2020, and focuses on local, ambulatory medicine: a broad range of medical specialties — cardiology, orthopaedics, dermatology, endocrinology and diabetology, gynaecology and obstetrics, haematology, neurology, oncology, ENT, paediatrics, psychiatry and rheumatology among them — plus an ambulatory care centre (CSA) providing outpatient treatments such as intravenous and oncological therapies, an emergency service open every day of the week, day surgery, and short hospitalisations for patients who need overnight care. It also runs a medically supervised temporary residential unit (UATm) for vulnerable people. Its outpatient services are available to all patients, including those with basic health insurance.
