Klinik Adelheid

About the clinic

Klinik Adelheid is the rehabilitation centre of the canton of Zug and central Switzerland, set above Lake Ägerisee in the village of Unterägeri. It treats patients across musculoskeletal, neurological and internal-organ rehabilitation, bringing medicine, nursing and therapy together in interdisciplinary teams. The clinic has 140 beds in a modern, largely single-room facility — recently expanded in modules to add a further ward — and runs an outpatient therapy centre in Steinhausen. Patients recover in a calm lakeside and mountain setting roughly half an hour from Zurich, with treatment accepted under Swiss basic and supplementary insurance as well as privately.
